No access to exporting a Board as a CVS file. Help!

I have admin rights set up but cannot export a Board as a CSV file. Any ideas?

If you need spreadsheet support, boards exported with Premium include CSV exports which can be imported into spreadsheet applications like Excel. Each user in a Premium Workspace (not including guests) has the ability to export the board as a CSV
