Notifications for check list

Hi, 
I am not receiving a notification if I have been assigned as a member on the checklist but not on the card. Does that mean that all the members need to be assigned to the card to get notifications about the checklist? Can I just assign people to the checklist item only - will they get a notification about it

hi I have read the article and this is not helping as the article says that you will get notification once somebody assigned you the checklist item - THIS IS NOT THE CASE - the notification never arrived and that's the problem- we do not get notifications when a person is assigned to a checklist only (it works only when person is both assigned to the card AND the checklist item)

If you are referring to you being **mentioned** it is different from being assigned to the checklist item. Being mentioned just says that the item contains a @Filova, Silvia on the item.
