Notifications not being sent by email

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!

I have a new board member and when  I tag them, they are not being notified on the card via email.

 

What am I missing, it works for all other members but not these new ones.

 

Help!

hi Leah, it might be the case that the new board members have a different JIRA personal setting.

ask them to review what they have under "personal setting -JIRA" & "email notifications", this should sort the issue you're facing
