I have tried reading other posts about this but I am very confused. I create a monthly board (calendar) for my membership and give my members the link as an Observer. This is my second month doing this, and I am having multiple members say they could get into the calendar the first time with no issue, but now it is telling them for the second calendar, that they can not get into the workspace without an invite.
How do I share a link with them so that they can always pull it up as an observer and not have to email for access?
I have about 100 members needing this link every month
Single board guests are free, whereas, multiboard guests/observers require a paid license. If you are just sharing the board with a large number of people and you don't need them to edit the board, then you can make the board public. It won't cost anything.
I made the board public, but the share link still says to add them as an observer, and my members are still saying that the member needs to be added by a workspace admin. I need them to just have full access just from the shared link.

I don't want them to join as a member of the board, because I don't want them to have access to change anything. They need to make their own copies of the board. So do I have them join as a member or an observer? Currently I am asking them to join as observers.

Instead of sending them the "invite link" please send them the board url itself (i.e. the link in the navigation bar of the browser e.g., https://trello.com/b/UOSKn2yu/all-star-tower-defense-official). Everyone will be able to see the public board without having to join as a member or observer. Note: they cannot edit a public board. only view it.
