Options for unsupported phones that were already using Trello

Nwaezuoke Kenechukwu July 2, 2018
I'm currently using a 4.4.2 Android device and for a couple of months any entry i made into my Trello app was never synced, I decided to delete and reinstall only for playstore to notify me that the app isn't available for my device. Is there anything I can do now, the browser version can't store things offline and later sync and that is the most important feature for me as I'm in a third world country so internet access is shaky premium affair. Thanks for any answers!

Hey Nwaezuoke

The Trello app was recently updated and one of the minimum requirements to run the Trello app is having a device with Android 5.0 and above. If your device has Android Kit Kat or 4.0 and below, then, unfortunately, you'll experience issues with the app.

At this point, your options are limited, since working on the mobile browser won't work for your use needs.

  • A) Update phone OS to 5.0 or above
  • B) Get a new phone that has 5.0 or above
