Orange triangle with an exclamation mark - what does this mean?

Frances Cromwell April 25, 2019

I created a card and then an orange triangle with an exclamation mark in it showed up in the bottom left corner. I created another card in the same list with a variation on the name and the symbol showed up again.

What does this mean? I've never seen it before.

It's not Jira, I've never used that before and it's not enabled.

I typed a 3rd card and I got the same symbol, only this time it's more yellow. teh 4th symbol is yellowish too.

And it only shows up on the web, not the desktop app

Aren't you using the Pro for Trello extension and setting a priority for the card? As in this picture: https://apptorium.net/assets/img/pro4trello/tpro-after.png

No actually, I've never seen that extension and I don't have it installed. I wonder if another Trello extension is doing it...

Pro for Trello is a pretty cool extension though

You can type chrome://extensions/ in the navigation bar, look for the extensions related to Trello and disable one-by-one; from the video you've shared it's definetely an extension that is adding this alert icon.

@Frances Cromwell that looks like a Trello sticker:

https://help.trello.com/article/826-adding-and-removing-stickers-from-cards

but that screenshot doesn't look like a Trello card, and the presentation of the sticker doesn't look like a normal Trello sticker.

Is this perhaps happening Jira rather than Trello??

If not, are you able to provide a screencast or a larger screenshot with more context so I can see better which part of the interface this is occurring in?

Are you on the web, desktop app (Mac, Windows) or mobile (Android, iOS)?

Any issue with the internet connection?

Can you post a screenshot?

Frances Cromwell April 25, 2019

I'm on the web, Chrome on a Mac.
