When connecting my gmail and outlook calendars to planyway, I can see the gmail but not the outlook, despite reconnecting with the password.

Do you know why ?

Hi,

If your Gmail calendar is showing in Planyway but your Outlook calendar isn't, even after reconnecting, here are a few things you can try:

Check Permissions
When you connect your Outlook account, make sure you give Planyway full access to your calendar. Try disconnecting and reconnecting again, and watch the permission steps carefully.

Outlook Account Type
If you're using a work or school Outlook account, it might have some restrictions. Sometimes an admin has to allow access to external apps like Planyway.

Check if the Calendar is Active
Go to your Outlook calendar and make sure the calendar you want to sync:

Is visible and not hidden

Has events in it

Belongs to your account (not just shared)

Refresh Planyway Settings
In Planyway, go to settings and try refreshing or reloading the Outlook calendar connection.

Other Tips

Try using Planyway in a different browser or incognito mode

Double-check you’re signed into the correct Outlook account

Make sure your Outlook calendar is not empty

If none of this helps, the issue might be on Planyway’s side, and you can reach out to their support team.

To check calendar permissions in Outlook:

On Outlook Web:

Go to your Calendar.

Right-click on your calendar name.

Click "Sharing and permissions" to see who has access.

On Outlook App:

Open Calendar view.

Right-click your calendar.

Click "Properties" or "Sharing Permissions" to view access levels.
