Hello, I can not receive any email from Atlassian to reset my password of another account. But the inquiry requires to login to ask the question. Could you please help?

If you’re not receiving Atlassian password reset emails and can’t log in:
If the issue persists, contacting Atlassian Support is the best option.

Hi @Tansu Akdeniz Thank you for your reply. I have checked with the IT team in our company. They helped confirm that no email was received from Atlassian during the time slots I tried to reset my password.
Shall I provide my company email address for which I wish to reset the password?
