Hello. A member of my team is not receiving the password reset email and is locked out of his Trello account.
It is not in a spam folder.
Please advise!

@[deleted] this is usually due to Trello having received a bounced email notification in the past from that address. Their system (I have an inkling they're using SendGrid) will then put a block on that address. If you email support@trello.com they'll remove that block for you.
Hi @[deleted] I would recommend contacting your IT support to ensure Trello's email has not been black listed. You should also send a note to support@trello.com so they can investigate what may be happening to this email.
