The phone app is not sorting when I sort on the computer. Please help. Thank you.

As a first step, we would suggest closing the mobile app completely and re-opening it, as this usually resolves most sync issues.
If that still doesn't resolve the sync issues, we would suggest clearing your app cache. Before doing that, please make sure you've checked the mobile app for any unsent changes by going to Account > Sync queue.
If clearing app cache still doesn't resolve the issue, we would then suggest uninstalling and reinstalling the mobile app.
