Photos being uploaded in strange unopenable format
My technicians take photos from their phones using the trello app. recently I have found a few cards that I, and the rest of my team cant open. They have a strange format that i've never seen before.
Today I got this technician to try to upload a photo the same way he always does and it worked fine. One thing that might make it make sense is that the photos that dont work were taken at locations that he did not have great cell signal.
I need to access these photos. Is there any way to get these photos to work?

Anybody have any idea as to why these photos are this way? and if there is anyway of recovering them.
