Hello! I have integrated a google calendar account but nothing happens to the planner view. I can't drag any cards into them, nor do I see any functionality. It just keeps saying I should connect it to Google calendar, while those rights have already been activated.
How can I implemented the planner functionality in the Beta?
@Gunnar de Jong can you please share a screenshot of the message when you drag a card into your Planner?
This is what I keep seeing if I have the planner tab open, either on fullscreen or minimized next to the board view like this. Nothing happens after going through the steps after clicking 'connect a calendar'.
I've figured out that if I log in with another user account that has a gmail address, I can connect a calendar and all the functionalities are operational, but it doesn't seem to work with my work email (non-google) so that it connects to a communal calendar.
Will this stay the same or will there be more universal support so all users can have the planner view?

Looking at the details in this post, you are using the free version of Trello. Now that the new Trello features are out of Beta, there are some restrictions in the free version

Thanks @Daydreamer Mike
I'm currently on a trial version on a paid version, and one of the users connected to a google account does have a planner view functionality (see above response).
I'm seeing that the Free version does have View-Only access, I'm assuming that means if I'm not on the trial version anymore I lose my access to a planner view I now have with one of the user accounts?
Also, how does it work exactly: does one user have access to create calendar events, and the other users have access to view only? Surely if everyone only has access to view, what is there to see if no-one can edit / create?

@Gunnar de Jong we currently only support Google Calendar. Support for Microsoft Outlooks is coming soon. Planner won't work until you connect it to a calendar (and on a screenshot above it is not connected).
What calendar does your work organization is using?
