Possible to lock workspace admin out of a certain board

Hello, 

we are considering a switch to Trello. In order for that we need to know if it is possible to setup a board within the workspace that the workspace admin will not have access to (because of priviledged information). 

So basically there will be a board admin and a select few users that will have access to it. 

Is this possible or will the workspace admin always have access to all boards?

Private boards are only visible to the people who are members of them, a workspace admin won't be able to access it
