Power-Up Issue

Hey, the Power-Up "E-mail to Board" has a problem, when we reply to a card made from e-mail a little old (3 days or more), it is creating a new card instead of updating the existing one with a comment.
Hope you can help me with this issue.

Hi Kadu! Welcome to the community!

I believe you are using the Email-to-Board feature that Trello has. If so, it usually creates a new card after 7 days. Depending on how you reply to the email that originates the card, it will be added as a comment.

Please check this doc to make sure the right steps are being taken.

Now, in case you are referring to the 3rd party Power-up Email for Trello by Sendboard, I'm afraid we don't have the tool to check this Power-up as it was developed and is maintained by a company outside Trello.

In this case, 'd recommend getting in touch with the support team that developed it, so they will have the expertise and tools for troubleshooting.
