Powerups not showing up

I've tried numerous times and different ways to get powerups to show on the cards, but they do not. I DO see two blank shaded areas where the powerups should be (I have two enabled), but flushing cache, uninstalling and reinstalling powerup, rebooting computer, none have helped.

Any ideas what I should be looking for?
