Hello.
As a NFP we were using the free version of Trello but recently paid a community price for Premium.
We did this so we could manage milestones across the organisation, avoiding bottlenecks and preparing for crunch moments.
We thought Trello would help BUT we have a workspace in which different teams are creating Boards/Lists and Cards BUT we cant figure out how they can all dovetail.
We cant even find the right kind of advice/training to learn what to make of our new account. Advice needed!
Not sure if what we need is actually an enterprize sworkspace rather than the one we have created.
Oh, and cant figure where to find the URL required to raise a support ticket.
HELP!!!
Thanks
Judy
Hi @JMT
Welcome.
I can help guide you though a few of these things:
1 - Start here:
2 - Atlassian have a free Trello learning path that I advise all of your users complete:
https://community.atlassian.com/learning/path/get-the-most-out-of-trello
3 - This community forum is the best place for you to ask questions and get the answers you want. It is made up of fellow users, experts, developers and even members of Atlassian. Use the search feature to find answers to common questions. Youtube has lots of resources also, I recommend @Brittany Joiner channel https://www.youtube.com/@britt_joiner
4 - If you do have a support question, Atlassian support portal absolutely sucks but if you have the patience to work with it and submit a support ticket the Atlassian support team are awesome and will definitely help...You can start here:
https://support.atlassian.com/trello/
5 - To me it sounds like you need to get a consultant to help you with workspace design and Trello best practices. Like all big companies, Atlassian has grown way beyond offering individual support on setup of workspaces etc....For other Atlassian products, they have solution partners to do that but generally Trello is outside of this. The best advice I can give is to look at Trello experts who offer consulting services.

Hope this helps
Mike
