I created an account a few months ago to set up a collaborative Trello board within my organization, but when I tried to log back a few weeks ago (using the same email address), I was logged in via Atlassian and it was as if my account was new, meaning I lost admin rights to my boards.
Do you have a solution?

It sounds like there might be a chance that you're logging in with a different email address. Do you have a board URL that you can share with us? This will help us check the email address associated with it and assist you further in recovering your account.
Can I have a contact or a way to send it privatly ? On these pages we have some private info about the society.

Hi, im having kind of the same issue.
Used to login with my Microsoft account, but our IT department no longer allow Atlassian software acces our Microsoft account. I now have a new Trello without my previous data.
Can you transfer them to my new Trello/Atlassian? The email and domain is the same.

Unfortunately, this will not solve my problem, as I cannot access it through Microsoft login, as before. I can bypass it with my new account, but it is a new empty Trelleboard.
Can we move my boards from the old account to the new one?
