I wanted to login into my account from work in the windows app on the computer I use there. I wasn't able to to the two-step verification. This was last Friday. So I asked for a recovery email. But I didn't know the link only lasted 24 hours. I tried using the link today, Monday, and of course it didn't work. I asked for another recovery link, but it just sent a error message saying they couldn't send another email, and I should try later. I can't login into my account, and I need to use Trello for work. HELP!
The account I'm having trouble with is lorena@hexacor.com.br
Hello, Lorena
Welcome to the community.
I checked the mail you mentioned and there are no blocks from our side. I suggest you to try to remove the 2fa and log in and after activate again.
This will send an email to the address linked to your account with a one-time link you can use to access your account - Please note, for security reasons, this email will take a full 24 hours to be delivered, and we're unable to speed this up.
Once you regain access to your account, you must disable 2FA by following the steps on this page to prevent this issue from happening again.
Once you've disabled 2FA, you can then re-enable it if you want by following these steps, which will setup a new code so you can continue to access your account once it's setup,
I hope this information helps; let me know if you have any other questions, and I'll be happy to help!
Kind Regards
Alisson

There is no thing in this page you mentioned after logging in with ( can’t use your phone) even they mentioned that no more recovery by sms. This is not helpful, it is an issue that I can’t use my account for years !! No help from support team over these years

Hi @Hassan Masmali ,
Welcome to the community!
On your end, Legacy 2FA is enabled, and we can assist you with disabling it. That's why you don't see the same option as suggested above. Can you please share your username so I can take further action from our side?
Thank you!

Hi @Hassan Masmali ,
I've started the process to remove 2FA from your account. You should soon receive an email notifying you that the recovery process has begun. After a 24-hour (security delay), you'll receive a second email with a link to recover your account.
The recovery link in the second email will expire in 12 hours. Please click the link and enter your password to disable two-step verification.
Thank you !
