Project overview on multiple boards

Hi This will be my first question in this community! I have got so much inspiration and knowledge reading all the messages and I have some trouble finding the best way to get an overview on multiple boards (premium version) to get info on the tasks and the duration on the tasks of the teammembers that are working on various projects.

I have tried the table view and the calendar view but it doesn't help to see how the planning for each team  member is and how the tasks will fit into their planning/agenda. Can you give me input on this?  thanks!

I will suggest several options that I recommend you look into...

Dashcards (Free)

One way to do it is to create a board, call it "Dashboard" for example and then use the Dashcards power-up to collate information collected across boards in your workspace.

The power-up was created by Trello and is free.  It is very powerful once you get into it.

BlueCat Reports (Paid - Free trial)

This is a paid power-up but allows you to collate your data across a workspace into dashboards and reports, including in tables and it can be used across all areas of business from marketing to sales and project management

Screenful (Paid - Free trial)

This power-up offers dashboards and reports functionality, similar to BlueCat Reports but it is definitely designed to be used away from the Trello board (although you can still open from within your Trello board).  This one has a focus around productivity metrics.

Planyway (Paid - Free trial)

I would say Planyway is the tool that enhances Trello with your more traditional project management capabilities but also includes some comprehensive reporting that could suit your requirements
