RELOCATING CARDS

I see many have been having issues about moving cards to different lists to find that the cards are locating either top or bottom...

The problem I am having is the card simply does not appear, this also occurs when using the move function - the only way I can find the card is having to search for it even though I should be able to see it especially dragging and dropping into a list right in front of my eyes...feels like a genie throws a spinlke of magic and it goes pufffffffff into think air!

Not a good thing to be happening for those of us that paid $$$ for the program

That's very strange! We haven't seen other reports so far regarding cards going missing when moving them. Would you mind raising a ticket with support so we can investigate this thoroughly with you?

@Renato Fagaraz The issue occurred when using the move function, not grabbing and dragging, but the problem was resolved about 24hours after I posted.
