Hi Grzegorz, Welcome to the Atlassian Community! I hope you’re enjoying Trello.
There are three common situations that arise with notifications:
You're not getting notified of actions you expect would trigger a notification: Trello will notify you of actions on a card if you are assigned to it or are watching it. This means your icon or the watching 'eye' icon must be on the card. Learn more about watching cards, lists, and boards.
Trello is sending you emails, but you're not receiving them: You can test if email notifications are being sent correctly by using this notification test link. If this works, Trello can contact you via email. If you still don't receive emails, check your Spam or Junk folder, as Trello emails may be marked as such. Mark them as not Spam or Junk to ensure proper delivery.
You're not getting email notifications in a timely fashion: By default, Trello is set to email you periodically with notifications you haven't dismissed on the web interface. To receive instant email notifications, visit your Trello account settings, scroll down to "Change notification email frequency," and select "Instantly."
For mobile devices, there is an additional set of notification controls available. These controls allow you to manage the types of notifications you wish to receive on your mobile phone. For more information, visit the Mobile Push Notification Settings for Trello.
