This is Jaswanth. I am writing this email to access my Trello account for work purposes.
I recently switch to a new mobile but missed to transfer 2FA in Microsoft authenticator app. I do not have a recovery key as well. I requested for a recovery email yesterday morning which said that there will be another email with login link said to my email to login. Its been more than 27hrs and I haven’t received any recovery email. I need to recover my account as it is impacting my work commitments. Please consider this as a priority and look into this.

I've just checked the details we have about your account, and I don't see 2FA enabled on it. If the issue concerns a different account from the one you've created this post, you can try checking your mailbox's spam (or any other) folder to make sure the email didn't land there because if the first email was received successfully, I don't imagine there could've been any email delivery issues.
If the issue persists though, I can submit a new Support ticket on your behalf so we can look further into this issue without exposing any PII here.
