I use the free Trello version and have been using the Activity PowerUp. Just now when I wanted to time on a project where I needed to make changes on - the timer is gone.

I looked at all my other boards and all my time logged is gone... this is catastrophic.

I looked under the power ups and activity shows up but all the images are with the missing image icon.

Does anyone have the same problem?

I restarted the computer. Someone else on my boards logged in and can't see the times either.

This is bad! I am hoping that this is just a glitch. Does anyone have any info/input?

Please let me know. Thx.

Same. I contacted Trello for help 4 days ago. No response yet.

Got this response from Trello: Unfortunately, as the Activity Timer is a 3rd-party tool, its data is stored in its developer's own server rather than Trello's, so I'm afraid we (Trello support) don't have the tooling to find out what may have happened with your data.

With that in mind, I'd highly suggest you reach out directly to the PUP's own developer danniehansenweb@gmail.com.

UPDATE:   Trello Support Said today:

I'm really sorry about this situation. I understand it can be extremely frustrating to lose data like that — been there myself.

I did some further digging, and we've received over 10 reports like yours in the last couple of days. I've forwarded the data to the appropriate team, and they told me that they had already noticed (from our logs) that the Power-Up in question is indeed broken, and that the developer is not responding, which leads us to believe that they have simply abandoned it.

With that in mind, we've decided on moderating the Power-Up for now, which means it's been removed from our Power-Up store so it can't be added to new boards, and it won't function on boards it's currently enabled on. We'll wait and see if it gets fixed anytime soon before taking any other measures. Fingers crossed.

I really wish I could help you recover all the hours you had logged with the Power-Up, but unfortunately that data doesn't go through our servers and is stored directly on their own server, as is the case for all 3rd-party integrations. So I'm afraid there's not much we can do in that regard.

Again, I'm really sorry that this is the case.

Update: it seems I was confusing the Activity Timer power up with the now-defunct power up Activity. I wonder if the Activity power up will ever return so we can find a way to get our data back. But, that's in a perfect world.

Hey everyone. Apparently things are back to normal with the Activity power up. If you deleted it, you should re-activate it and hopefully your times will be back. They were for me!

CJ December 29, 2023

Never mind. Today the power up is down again. Should have recorded all the times while it was up.

Had this problem back in 2018 and the dev replied second day it had to do something with renewing the SSL certificate. Was hoping for the same scenario this time, lot of time tracking data in my board is now lost.

Hopefully Christoph will get in touch soon. Since today, I can see the icons and missing images in the plugin settings that were missing few days ago.

Same issue. I contacted Atlassian's support and got this...

"Unfortunately, as the Activity Timer is a 3rd-party tool, its data is stored in its developer's own server rather than Trello's, so I'm afraid we (Trello support) don't have the tooling to find out what may have happened with your data.

With that in mind, I'd highly suggest you reach out directly to the PUP's developer on the email - ck@chkt.one"

I sent an email to the developer last week, but haven't heard anything. Please email the Developer and let them know the problem with his Power-up.
