Adding a 10th collaborator to the board

Hello! We currently have nine collaborators on our Trello board. I am trying to add a tenth, but when they attempt to join, they see the following message:

If adding a 10th collaborator to a Trello board results in an error, ensure you haven’t reached the collaborator limit for your subscription plan.

For free plans, there is a cap on the number of members per board. Upgrading to a paid plan may resolve the issue.

If the issue persists despite being on a paid plan, contact Atlassian support at https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/ to investigate further.
