I am trying to add a user to my account. There were 2 other users that are no longer with me and I deleted them but when I tried to add a new person, it still made me pay for a new user.
Also, I have tried sending the new user an invite link to access the workspace but she is not receiving it. She has checked her spam inbox. I would also like to add her a an admin.

Removing users on Trello User Management are not quite easy, because simply deleting the user doesn't immediately free up a slot. To ensure the user is fully removed, you can try this:
- Click on the Workspace Settings (left sidebar, below the workspace infos)
- Any members might still pop up here --> make sure to delete them
