Adding a card on Trello board

Hi there- I cannot 'Add another card' on the Trello board we have created for our company. I have not used Trello in the last month, however, yesterday i logged on as a member of the board. When i click on List Actions, it does not allow me to add another card. Not sure why- please can you assist? thanks

Hola, supongo que es una cuestión de permisos.  El administrador del equipo tiene que habilitar la opción de Permitir que los miembros edite y se unan. (te adjunto foto)

(inglés) ;-)  Hi, I guess it's a matter of permissions.  The team administrator has to enable the Allow members to edit and join option. (photo attached)
