After I moved the project offer card into the Accept square, where is the Reject sign in that card?

Help! I need to reject this job offer today. After I moved the card into the ACCEPT box,  I could not find on the right-hand side the REJECT area?!

@Deborah Waid Can you provide a screenshot of what you are looking at? It sounds like there is some customization for your organization set up that shows buttons during an automation process. 

I'd be happy to help you take a look at this.
