Dear all,

I set all tasks in Trello board with Due Date and Set Reminder, but i don't receive any mail about this tasks.

I use free version, is possible I receive this alerts on free version?

You totally can receive alerts on the free version! There can be a couple of reasons for why you're not receiving alerts/notifications, but this feature is available to users of all of our plans.
