We have a construction project for building "X" set up as one of our Boards. This project includes several requirements, such as Civil, Plumbing, Electrical, Fabrication, and Facade, each represented as Cards. Within each of these requirements, there are multiple activities like getting quotes, choosing materials, and designing, which we manage as sub-tasks.
Given this setup, we need an MIS report to track the progress of each Card activity. Specifically, we want to know the current stage of each activity. Could you please advise if Trello has a built-in report feature or an Add-in that can generate such detailed reports?
Your assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you for your support.
Depending on how your boards are designed, Trello automation allows you to create reports which can be email the user on a scheduled basis.
Blue Cat power up is known to be a good report power you can used in addition to Trello standard reporting capability.
Personally, I do not advocate generating reports. I would look into how you can use Trello Dashcard to track for you. Furthermore you can view the data in a table and you can do you needed analyse there.
The pre-req for good reporting and even for use of Dashcard is board design especially should you need to look across boards.
