Attachment link from API changed

Dear community, 

Since some time the link to attachment I recieved by REST API has changed. Before March we recieved the link like this: 

https://trello-attachments.s3.amazonaws.com/5e3b1ef86e8ef02028f5ca92/5e787c27dc459144529ef9c2/33830b720bf2b65efb3971bd52d78a66/20200325_065127.jpg

Now the link looks different:

https://trello.com/1/cards/5e787c27dc459144529ef9c2/attachments/5e7adde4bc4ae033baf8bbe5/download?backingUrl=https%3A%2F%2Ftrello-attachments.s3.amazonaws.com%2F5e3b1ef86e8ef02028f5ca92%2F5e787c27dc459144529ef9c2%2F7229d9928dd922b15d9b1120afde233b%2F20200325_065247.jpg

The problem is that since that change our app connot download normally. Several attempts we get timeout, than on 4-5 time we get the redirect and can download the file. Has anybody idea, what the problem might be?

I think you'll need to reformat the URL received if it's not working—I'm still able to pull up that link, but you may need to re-encode it to get it to work properly. We can help a little more specifically at https://trello.com/contact!
