Trello has been working fine for audios in the past. Just recently, about a month or two, whenever I open an audio file it no longer allows it to play. I thought it might be an issue with all of audios, but when I go back to older ones they play just fine.
I share the boards among others, the ones who have Androids say theirs are working just fine, but everyone else with an iPhone are all having the same problem with the corrupted audio files.
Solutions I have tried already:
1) Close and open the app (most obvious)
2) Logged in and out of the app
3) Cleared the cache
4) Uninstall and reinstall the app
I guess I’m just a bit stumped and can’t figure out what the problem might be if it’s all iPhone users with this error.
The files open up fine when I’m on PC, but the app is great for when I’m not at home.
Has anyone else been dealing with this issue? Please help!

To better understand what's happening, could you please provide us with a bit more information?
If possible, could you share a quick screen recording showing a test card where the audio is not playing? This would help us see exactly what's happening.
