Automatically sending direct slack messages to Trello Card owner when Trello card is due?

Hello,

I would like to send automatic DMs in slack to the Trello card owner when the trello card is due. I'm currently using the Trello Butler in the following way.

Trigger: "the moment a card assigned to member: @Trellomembername is due"

Action: post message "..." to Slack channel: @Slackmembername in workspace: "..." as: myself

The problem is that I need to create a rule for each member in my board since the Trello Butler is unable to match the @Trellomembername with the @Slackmembername.

I would like the rule to match the Card member name variable to the accurate Slack member name variable.

Is there anyway around this?

Hi @Filip Lucic - Thanks for reaching out to the community! At this time, Trello's Butler/Automation platform won't be able to match a Trello username to a Slack username, however, it is a feature request that our Product teams are tracking. I've added your vote to let them know you're interested.
