Hi! Thanks in advance for any help. I use an iPhone, and I have created a shortcut to send a voice-created card to a specific list. This worked great, but with the new inbox feature, I would like to send the card to the inbox rather than a specific list for redistribution. Does anybody know if this is possible? I cannot figure out how to do it.
If not, with the inbox, I have been able to create a shortcut on my phone to send an email with the voice memo to the inbox email, which does populate the card to the inbox. However, because it's sending the text of the email vs. the title of the email, it always populates as "new card". I can't figure out how to create a Trello automation to rename the card based on the text of the email, which ends up in the description.
Long story short, I would like there to be a button on my phone that I can click, record a task via Siri, and have that task auto-create a card in the inbox with that spoken task as the title. I'm having trouble with the two ways I've tried it.
Thank you!!
Hi @Laura Frizzell - what you describe is very possible on iOS. You can create a shortcut to send a card to your Inbox (vs a board list). Here are some instructions to help with that. The "Add Card to Inbox" shortcut should be accessible this way. From there, you can set this shortcut to run when clicking the Action Button on your iPhone, through Siri, and through an homescreen icon. Hope this helps!
