Hello,
We use Trello for our onboarding team to create new Trello cards when onboarding a new candidate. There are also checklists etc, that the onboarding team checks off once the checklist is complete. My question is if Trello goes down or offline, and the onboarding specialist made changes to a Trello card, does it auto-save? With todays recent outage of not being able to access Trello I had one onboarding specialist question:
"I have lost so many changes made in Trello today, Are we able to back up everything we have on Trello? Is that an automatic thing based on our contract with them? or how does that work?or how many times is that data saved per year or backed up per year? idk how it works so was just wondering"
Hi @Vanessa Lugo , welcome to the Atlassian Community and thanks for your question.
If it's true that you are on a free plan for Trello, this usually means (for other Atlassian products), you can't access customer support. I would refer you to them to ask this question, in terms of what help they can provide for backups for when the tool is unavailable due to a technical problem.
If you can't open a ticket, please let me know here and we can refer this post to the support to get Atlassian's agents to reply.
Best wishes
