Big Picture Kept loading and loading

Hi!

I have an issue with using Big Picture. When I click the Big Picture icon, it just kept loading and nothing is showing.

Unload the board, and re-apply power up.  From my experience, it retains all data as I do same when I need to swtich power ups so as to stay within my board limit.
