I have one workspace with 3 boards. 

Total users

Board 1 - 4 users (eg. Lisa, Nora, Paty, Ana)

Board 2 - 4 users (eg. Lisa, Mel, Paty, Karina)

Board 3- 4 users (eg. Lisa, Paty, Nora, Mel)

In total we are 5 users working, not all working on all 3 boards.  

How many subscriptions do I need to pay?

CAn I pay them all from my account? or do they have to be paid individually from their log in?

Our paid subscriptions count as a billable user any user who is a member on the workspace with the subscription as well as any guest (non workspace member) who has access to more than 1 board from that workspace.

In your particular scenario, you would have to pay for 4 accounts including yours assuming you're the only workspace member (1 workspace member + 3 users who have access to more than 1 board).

The subscription is paid in full by the workspace admin managing the billing infos so each user won't have to pay on their own.
