The admin's account has been disabled due to inactivity, and as a result the team cannot access the Trello board. What steps can we take to regain access?

I confirmed that the board have been closed recently. We also identified an issue on our end; I have raised a support ticket and will get back to you via email to resolve this issue further.
We are also tracking this issue on a bug report here.
