Dear team,

I have created multiple boards for travel schedules in 2019, and I haven’t update it since then.

Today I want to revise the schedule, and surprisingly noticed that all of my boards were gone!

Here’s the board that i pinned in my wokplace, and it showed cannot load this board.

Please confirm if there’s any solution for this condition, thank you in advance.

Have you seen that final response there, one person ending up with two accounts and Atlassian supposedly deciding to use only one as the "Atlassian Account"?

Could that be related?

I dunno but I suggested it to poster. Good find with that thread; it seems to be happening a lot unfortunately. Cheers!

Well, we're still not sure it's not there.

To the contrary, it seems to be, but the system thinks you have no access.

What puzzles me is

a) you can log in

b) you see the board in your favourites

But a favourited boards doesn't mean much.
Have you tried accessing Trello on a laptop/desktop browser and going to either

  • /u/yourusername/boards
  • /w/yourworkspace/home

and see where it says the board ought to be?

The first shows boards you are a member of, the second shows boards that are in your workspace.

That would help define where the problem might be.

Reading through @Vronik's link there, this kinda rings a bell now.

But since you did achieve login, judging by your screens here, the voided Google access mentioned there doesn't sound right.

However:

Have you ever created an Atlassian account?

I guess around that time they were first asking to do so, and finally it became required.

I really don"t know, but try going to atlassian.com directly and log in with this account?

(To be fair, from my experience on our observer boards, not seeing boards or losing acces, or people ending up with multiple accounts, seems to happen an awful lot.)

I never register Atlassain account before, right atfer I logged in Trello, it got combine I think. I could logged in Atlassain as well. Also I used all my exsiting Trello account and try to find the closed boards, but it shows "No boards have been closed". So I guess I cannot get my boards back :(
