Bulk Power Up Board Transfer

I closed a board that is no longer useful.  But I purchased the bulk card power up subscription.  I want to transfer this subscription to my new Work board.  How do I do this?  I tried to cancel it and get the subscription in my new board, but it just keeps going to my old board.
