Butler - Trigger Autumation on File Upload?

Shouldn't be too complicated; What I'm trying to do is add a label to a card when files are attached with a certain extension/format.

I know how to use the automations and done similar auto-labeling when cards pass through certain lists; I just don't see any way to add that type of trigger. Are there any extensions that do this without too much bloat, or enough interest to put in a feature request?

If you can rely on the file extension, you could use a trigger like

when an attachment ending with ".txt" is added to a card 

 but that will only look at the filename.
