Butler button to sort cards into lists based on due date per quarter

I'm looking for a method to automatically move cards from one list to different lists based on due dates by quarter.
All cards would start in the leftmost list "Not Scheduled", and then either monthly or using a button the cards would be moved to one of the following lists: "Remaining 2020", "1Q2021", "2Q2021", "3Q2021", "4Q2021", "Beyond 2021" based on due date.
meaning if the due date is between 01012021 and 03312021 it is moved to 1Q2021?

I came up with the following rule: 

when a due date is set on a card with custom field "Roadmap" checked, find a card titled "{cardname}" on board "Tape Interop Roadmap", move the due date by the same amount of time, and move the card to the top of list "{cardduedatequarternumber}Q{cardduedateyear}" on board "Tape Interop Roadmap"
