I have the following Due Date Command on my board:

the moment a card is due, move the card to the top of list "OVERDUE", and post comment "This card is overdue!"

The command does not seem to do anything. The card stays put, no comment being posted. I've tried creating new cards with due dates, doesn't work either. My limits have not been exceeded. Has anyone else had this issue recently?

Hi @datvi1 ,

welcome to the Atlassian Community!

Please, try to look into Command log, whether you are able to see any warnings or errors here. Thank you.

Hello Hana,

thank you for your reply. I do not see any errors in the command log:2020-12-11 10_55_40-Fotos.png

Hi @datvi1 ,

just to be sure I've tested the rule and it works for me.

Please check, if the command is enabled on your board.

If you create card and set the due date like five minutes in the future, are you able to see the card is overdue after 5 minutes?
