Butler rule is deleted, but it seems to still be active

I had a Butler rule that would add card labels once a card is created. That particular rule is now deleted, but the labels are still added on card creation. Did this occur to you and do you have an idea how to troubleshoot it?

Another user had it set up. When they removed it it stopped from happening.
