Hi I am trying to create a Butler rule in order to send a message notification to a channel slack when a card is created. Here's my rule :
when a card is created in list "A ATTRIBUER", post message "@channel nouvelle campagne {cardname} à attribuer. Link {cardlink}" to Slack channel "#newcampaigns" in workspace "zbo" as myself

I've also added the trello & butler app to this specific channel, but nothing happens when I create a card...
Can you please help ?

@Charlotte I know you have found the solution for this issue, but I am sharing the solution here, in case anyone else faces this issue. Here is the Solution:

In order for your automated message to reach a Slack Channel, you have to first invite Butler, Type the following text in the message section, and send it, after butler is added to the channel, your automated messages will be sent to your selected channel,

/invite @butler

Hi @Charlotte

You shouldn't need to create a Butler rule for this if you have installed the Slack Power-Up on your board. With this, you can set it to send a notification when a card is created as per here...

and this is what the notification looks like in Slack (send to the specific channel I created called "trellonotifications" but you could select any of your channels in the screenshot above.

Hope that helps!

@Charlotte no Butler expert here, can I suggest you try using {triggercardname} and {triggercardlink} instead
