Trello's card back was redesigned with the intent of improving the visibility of relevant information on the card, as well as its usability, by reducing the screen clutter that was caused by multiple actions, many of which were rarely used. The Power-up button and others are now located in the navigation bar below the card (when you open the card). Clicking on the "rocket" sign will open the Power-ups you have on your board:
