Calendar Overview

Hey there, 

The new update does not allow me to view everyone's calendar in one place anymore. I manage 12 calendars and need to view them in one place rather than going to each calendar. Am I missing how to do this, or has this important feature been removed?

@Kimberly Cruz The workspace Calendar view is now accessible through the bottom island. You have to click the rightmost button, which will open a panel, where you can select the workspace and then the Calendar view. See image below:

Most major calendar applications still support viewing multiple calendars simultaneously. Here are some quick checks:

• Look for a calendars list/sidebar that may be collapsed (often on the left side)
• Check for checkboxes next to calendar names that let you toggle visibility
• Look in the settings for "view options" or "display options"
• Search for a "calendar groups" feature if you're using Outlook

Hi! Thanks for your reply.

I used to be able to see a calendar with everyone's details, for example, I needed to see who was available Oct 5th, 2025, and I was able to see everyone who was booked and open. Now, I have to go into everyone's calendar rather than an overview. It is all in Trello, no outside calendar.
