I am finding it difficult to get clarity.
If you invite a guest to a board can they see the automations (buttons) if they cannot edit a board?
I don't want them to be able to edit cards, apart from comments and selecting a button action. I don't want them to be members of cards, as they are clients and should have limited editing abilities and I don't want to pay for every guest.
I have found questions on this topic, but answers seem unclear to me.
If you set them as observers, the automation buttons will not be visible
If you set them as any members or admin, the button will be visible if you have set it to be visible to all
Hello @Joanne Sinistaj
Observers can:
- view a board and the cards within the board,
- download card attachments,
- comment,
- vote on cards (if that is enabled for the board),
- export the board.
If you invite them to see only one board within your workspace, they will be free members (you pay for guests that can view 2 or more of the boards withing your workspace).
