Can I add a member to a card but limit their view to only that card?

I want to only have the information on the card available to a person where they cannot see the other cards or lists within the specific trello board. I'm confused if this is possible as the community comments are quite outdated.

Unfortunately Trello does not support per-card permissions. I recommend heading to our feature request at TRELLO-98 to vote for this feature, and leave comments sharing your feedback.
