When I remove a workspace member, can I decrease the number of billable members/users?
Hey @Ivan Dilov, welcome! Yes, removing a billable user from your workspace will decrease your next subscription renewal's bill.
Removing a billable user (workspace member or multi-board guest) releases the paid license to use on someone new, but it will not refund the unused license cost back to your credit card. You are not charged for unused seats on your next renewal, and if you want to decrease your next bill, go ahead and remove those unwanted billable users at least 24 hours prior to your next renewal so you aren't charged for them.
