Can I embed a board on a webpage as a view-only calendar widget?

Background: I am an events coordinator for a public library. We keep track of our events in Trello, and I love it! We are paying for the premium subscription, and I am exploring how else we can use Trello to streamline our building processes. Right now, I'm curious whether we can share our Trello boards as events calendars for our patrons.

Process/Problem: I've used the Calendar power-up to sync my boards to my personal calendar, but I wonder if there is a "converter" that will list our cards in a view-only format (preferably like a widget) so our patrons can see titles of events, due dates/events dates and times, descriptions, and registration links. Also wondering if there is a way to mark due date as a range of dates.

I'm still new to this, so any help is appreciated!

Hi Dariann, welcome to the community! :) Great to hear you're loving using Trello!

You mentioned you're currently on Premium. One thing I thought I'd briefly touch on is that Trello Premium has a built in board calendar view, which has a few enhancements over the Calendar Power-up available for Free users. Alongside it, there's also the Workspace Calendar View which allows you to display cards with due dates from multiple boards in your Workspace. It also features a Google Calendar syncing option. Overall, would save you needing the Power-up.

Currently, we offer a couple of embed options: https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/trello/guides/embedding/embedding-boards/. Although, these are non-interactive and don't feature the details you're after. One potential workaround is if you made use of the Google Calendar Syncing option linked above, you could make use of Google's HTML embed option: https://support.google.com/calendar/answer/41207?hl=en. This would at least allow you to be able to show some more details and have it update periodically.

Regarding due dates as a range of due dates, do you mean being able to select multiple due dates for a single card? Currently, this isn't possible in Trello - although I have added your thread to an open feature request for this to pass on your feedback! If you're after having recurring events, would definitely recommend checking out Repeater Cards as a way of having certain cards repeat.

Hope this helps! :) Let me know if you have any other questions.
